Reporting a problem
A few details help us understand what happened:
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS or iPadOS version.
- The app version shown in Settings → About and privacy.
- The mission or screen involved, what you expected and what happened.
- The steps that reproduce the problem, if you can repeat it.
- An optional screenshot or short screen recording. For a mission issue, a challenge link or code may help reproduce the setup.
Please remove unrelated personal information from attachments. Never send passwords or Apple account credentials.
Quick answers
Where should I start?
Choose Learn with a practice mission on the Play screen for a guided introduction. Story chapters then introduce the worlds in shorter missions. The Science tab explains the ideas behind the simulations.
Why do I need to wait for credits?
The credit reserve recovers automatically up to 1,000 credits. A full refill takes 12 hours. You choose a startup grant before a mission; the standard grant is 100 credits. Practice is free. You can change the default grant in Settings → Mission defaults.
Can I move my progress to another device?
This release saves progress on the device. Online progress synchronisation through iCloud or Game Center is not enabled. Sharing a result or challenge does not transfer your saved progress.
The music is too quiet or changes with risk.
Check your device volume and Settings → Sound and music. Adjust Music volume, switch Background music off, or disable Adapt music to risk to keep the background music independent of the risk level.
The app feels slow or stops responding.
Pause the mission and try enabling Lightweight maps in Settings → Maps and charts. If the app remains unresponsive, close and reopen it. Please report the device model, mission and approximate stage where the problem occurs. Deleting the app can remove local progress, so contact support before reinstalling if you want to preserve it.
Are the missions real forecasts or professional advice?
No. Spatial Risk Lab is an educational strategy game. Its health, finance, transport and environmental scenarios are simulations, rather than medical, financial or operational advice.
How is my information handled?
See the iOS privacy policy for local storage, Apple Maps, sharing and support correspondence. The current release has no advertising, tracking analytics or research uploads.
